This is what you do
You develop, maintain and improve internal business applications in C# and .NET.
You build and manage REST APIs, web services and integrations between S4H/ERP and other peripheral applications.
You analyse business requests and translate them into sustainable, user-friendly technical solutions.
You design and optimize relational data models, SQL queries, stored procedures and reports.
You modernize existing applications and help shape the further evolution towards current .NET and web technologies.
You contribute to frontend development for internal applications using HTML5, CSS or a similar framework.
You carefully document your solutions, technical choices, interfaces and operational procedures.
You safeguard the quality, stability and performance of applications through testing, follow-up and continuous improvement.
You actively think along about automation, smart data checks and AI applications that can improve repetitive processes.

P&V Group is the largest total solution provider for electrical panels in the Benelux. From 5 locations in Belgium and the Netherlands, we offer end-to-end solutions for designing, building, maintaining and upgrading distribution and control panels. In addition, we strengthen our customers with expertise in Building Management Systems, industrial automation and maintenance.
Behind all those technical projects is a strong ICT operation. Our ICT department supports the business with reliable applications, integrations, data and reporting. For this role, we are deliberately looking for a long-term colleague who wants to get to know our organization, processes and applications, improve them and help make them future-proof.
This is what we expect from you
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in software development, application development or ICT application management.
You have strong experience with C# and .NET, preferably with both .NET Framework and modern .NET versions.
You have experience with ASP.NET Web API/MVC, REST, JSON and system integrations.
You have solid knowledge of SQL Server, SQL/T-SQL, relational databases, data modelling and query optimization.
You work in a structured way and have experience with version control and collaboration tools such as Git, Jira or similar.
You are analytical, solution-oriented and interested in business processes such as production, logistics, purchasing, sales, finance or engineering.
You can work independently, report clearly and keep documentation consistently up to date.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and can read and use English in a technical context.
Knowledge of S4H/ERP integrations, reporting tools, Agile/Scrum/Kanban, AI or process automation is a plus.
