Grow in your job, step by step

At P&V Group, you’ll have the chance to develop in your role, at your own pace and based on your talents. Through mentoring, training and hands-on experience, you’ll learn step by step, whether you’re starting out in panel building, on site, in service, engineering or a support role.

Within our group, there are many colleagues who have progressed internally: from panel builder to project manager, supervisor, manager or even a member of the board. Anyone keen to learn and take on responsibility will find the space to move forward with us.

Projects that make a difference

At P&V Group, you’ll be working on technical installations and projects that make a real difference. From complex panel building to urgent repairs on operational installations: your work makes a difference and you’ll see the results every day.

You’ll work on projects for clients such as ArcelorMittal, Pfizer and Nike, or on installations in hospitals such as AZ Sint-Maarten. Infrastructure projects such as the prison Poort van Dendermonde and the Velodroom sports complex are also part of your work.

In addition, you’ll help build innovative solutions such as the offshore installation vessel Orion, wind farms like Hohe See, and projects for organisations including CERN and the Princess Elisabeth Antarctica Station. Unique achievements that capture the imagination.
