At P&V Group, there’s a family atmosphere where colleagues really look out for one another. There’s always room for a joke. It’s precisely that combination of humour and teamwork that makes it such a pleasure to work here.
As a team lead at P&V Group, you’ll be given the freedom to set your own direction and keep people motivated. The combination of autonomy, plenty of interaction with people and a family-like atmosphere means that no two days are the s
At P&V Group, you’ll have the chance to develop, even if you’re coming from a different sector. The work is technically challenging and requires precision, but at the same time you’ll be working in a great team and in comfortable conditions, which makes it motivating day in, day out.
At P&V Group, you’ll be given opportunities to grow and develop, in an environment where everyone is approachable and you’re truly seen as a person. The open atmosphere and social activities outside of work ensure that you’ll quickly feel at home within the team.
As a service engineer, no two days are the same. You’ll visit unique locations, deal directly with customers and constantly face new technical challenges. The best bit? You’ll see the systems we’re working on really come to life and immediately notice the results of your work.
If you want to grow at EBB and show commitment, you’ll genuinely be given the chance to do so. The motivation in the workplace and the strong bonds between colleagues ensure that you’ll look forward to coming to work every day.
As an intern at P&V Group, you’ll receive the right guidance and learn something new every day. You’ll work alongside a strong team, contribute ideas alongside the engineers and really see the results of your work. That makes it all the more motivating.
At eReM, teamwork is key and you’ll feel part of the team straight away. As an accredited training company, you’ll also have every opportunity to join us, learn new skills and progress within the organisation.
At P&V Group, you’ll combine independent working with close collaboration in a friendly atmosphere. You’ll work with high-quality materials, close to home, and every day will feel a bit like building with technical Lego.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team where colleagues look out for one another and collaboration is key. We work hard, but we also make a point of setting aside time for relaxation and socialising.
Think of fun team activities such as a darts tournament, LAN party or walk, a cosy staff party or BBQ, and little extras such as ice creams when the weather is nice or a mobile chip shop popping round. We also roll up our sleeves together for charity, with initiatives such as waffle baking, hot dog and soup sales. We also regularly take part in running and cycling events.
A fine example of career progression is that of our CCO, Koen Pellaers. He joined P&V in 1988 as a student sign maker. What began in the workshop gradually developed into a career spanning almost 40 years. Koen learnt the trade, took the initiative, asked questions and dared to seize opportunities. From panel building, he moved to the warehouse and purchasing, then to costing, sales and finally to his current role as a member of the P&V Group’s management team.
His story illustrates what growth at P&V stands for: commitment, a thirst for learning, responsibility and trust. Not everything was set in stone from the start, but every opportunity was seized to move forward. His message? “At P&V Group, you’re given opportunities. Do you dare to seize them?”
